3. Orders

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified
  • Zamzam Sweets reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud
  • In case of cancellation by us, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

 

4. Payments

  • We accept all major payment methods including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (where available)
  • All online transactions are secured and encrypted
  • Zamzam Sweets does not store any card or payment details on its servers

 

5. No Return Policy

  • We do not accept returns under any circumstances due to the perishable and food nature of our products
  • If you have received a damaged, incorrect, or quality-compromised product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details
  • We will offer an exchange or suitable resolution after reviewing your complaint
  • Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained

 

6. Exchanges & Complaints

  • Exchange requests are accepted only for:
    • Damaged products during transit
    • Wrong product delivered
    • Genuine quality issues verified by our team
  • Exchange is subject to product availability
  • Decision of Zamzam Sweets team shall be final in all dispute cases

 

7. User Responsibilities

  • You agree not to misuse the website or place fraudulent orders
  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery address and contact details
  • Zamzam Sweets is not responsible for non-delivery due to wrong address provided by the customer
