1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day
- During festive seasons (Eid, Diwali, etc.) processing may take an additional 1–2 days due to high demand

3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment
- Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount — check the website for current offers
- Remote or difficult-to-reach areas may incur additional delivery charges
4. Packaging
- All products are carefully packed to maintain freshness and prevent damage during transit
- We use food-safe, hygienic packaging materials
- Gift boxes and premium packaging are available for select products
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email
- You can track your order through the courier partner's website using the tracking number

6. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times
- If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or wrong address, the order may be returned to us
- Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases
- Zamzam Sweets is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer
7. Damaged in Transit
- If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- We will arrange an exchange or resolution after reviewing the case
- Claims made after 24 hours will not be considered
