  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day
  • During festive seasons (Eid, Diwali, etc.) processing may take an additional 1–2 days due to high demand

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment
  • Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount — check the website for current offers
  • Remote or difficult-to-reach areas may incur additional delivery charges

 

4. Packaging

  • All products are carefully packed to maintain freshness and prevent damage during transit
  • We use food-safe, hygienic packaging materials
  • Gift boxes and premium packaging are available for select products

 

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email
  • You can track your order through the courier partner's website using the tracking number

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times
  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or wrong address, the order may be returned to us
  • Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases
  • Zamzam Sweets is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer

 

7. Damaged in Transit

  • If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange an exchange or resolution after reviewing the case
  • Claims made after 24 hours will not be considered
